AI analytics for premium brands

Anomaly detection and plain-language reporting on your own data.

What you are buying

Knowing something broke before the month ends.

Why brands come to us for ai analytics.

AI is genuinely useful where a task is repetitive, high volume and low judgement. We apply it there, and tell you plainly where the honest answer is that it will not help.

Before anything is built or bought we establish what the number needs to be and what is currently preventing it. That diagnosis is short, it is chargeable, and it is why our recommendations tend to be narrower than the brief that arrived. If ai analytics is not your real constraint, we will say so and point at the one that is.

What is included

What the engagement covers.

01

Opportunity mapping

Where in your funnel automation removes hours, and where it would remove trust.

02

Build

Agents, chatbots or voice systems grounded in your own documentation and data.

03

Human review

Escalation paths and review steps, because an unsupervised system will eventually answer confidently and wrongly.

04

Measurement

Hours saved, response times and resolution rates, reported monthly.

How the engagement runs.

01

Diagnose

Two weeks. Data, interviews and a written account of what is actually limiting the result.

02

Plan

One document with the sequence, the owners and the number each stage is accountable to.

03

Build

The work itself, in fortnightly increments you can see rather than a quarterly reveal.

04

Compound

Monthly review against the plan, with scope adjusted to what the data now says.

Frequently asked

AI analytics questions, answered plainly.

Will AI replace our team?

In our experience it removes the queue rather than the people. The work that disappears is qualification, routing, first-line answers and reporting, which is rarely the work anyone wanted to do.

Is our data safe?

Systems are built on your own infrastructure or on enterprise agreements with no training on your data. What goes in, where it is stored and who can see it is documented before anything is built.

What if the AI gives a wrong answer?

It will, eventually. So every system we build is grounded in your approved documentation, refuses rather than guesses outside it, and hands to a person at defined thresholds.

How quickly can this be running?

A focused automation or chatbot typically goes live within four to six weeks. Voice agents and multi-system integrations take longer because the failure cases matter more.

Start with a diagnosis, not a proposal.

Two weeks, written, and yours to keep whether or not you engage us afterwards.
