Google Ads for premium brands

Search, Shopping, Demand Gen and YouTube run from one budget logic.

What you are buying

One account, one strategy, no internal competition.

Why brands come to us for google ads.

Every mature ad platform has automated the bidding. What is left is the offer, the creative and the measurement, which is where we spend the budget and the attention.

Before anything is built or bought we establish what the number needs to be and what is currently preventing it. That diagnosis is short, it is chargeable, and it is why our recommendations tend to be narrower than the brief that arrived. If google ads is not your real constraint, we will say so and point at the one that is.

What is included

What the engagement covers.

01

Account structure

Rebuilt around how the product is actually bought, not around platform defaults.

02

Creative programme

A steady volume of new concepts, because creative fatigue is what raises costs.

03

Measurement

Server-side tracking and blended reporting, so the number survives consent loss.

04

Budget discipline

Spend moved weekly toward what is producing margin, with a written rationale.

How the engagement runs.

01

Diagnose

Two weeks. Data, interviews and a written account of what is actually limiting the result.

02

Plan

One document with the sequence, the owners and the number each stage is accountable to.

03

Build

The work itself, in fortnightly increments you can see rather than a quarterly reveal.

04

Compound

Monthly review against the plan, with scope adjusted to what the data now says.

Frequently asked

Google Ads questions, answered plainly.

What budget do we need to start?

Enough that the platform can learn, and enough that our fee is a sensible share of it. Below roughly a few thousand a month, most brands are better served by fixing conversion and search first, and we will say so.

How do you report on performance?

On profit contribution, blended across channels, alongside platform ROAS. Platform-reported figures alone overstate results, because every channel claims the same conversion.

Who owns the ad accounts?

You do, always. We work inside your accounts and your billing. If the relationship ends you keep every campaign, audience and piece of historical data.

Can you take over an existing account?

Yes, and the diagnosis usually starts there. Existing accounts carry useful history, and we would rather restructure that than throw away years of learning.

Start with a diagnosis, not a proposal.

Two weeks, written, and yours to keep whether or not you engage us afterwards.
