Analytics for premium brands

Measurement plans, dashboards and attribution you can defend in a board meeting.

What you are buying

One number everyone agrees on.

Why brands come to us for analytics.

Most marketing arguments are really measurement arguments. We build one version of the numbers that sales, marketing and the board can all read the same way.

Before anything is built or bought we establish what the number needs to be and what is currently preventing it. That diagnosis is short, it is chargeable, and it is why our recommendations tend to be narrower than the brief that arrived. If analytics is not your real constraint, we will say so and point at the one that is.

What is included

What the engagement covers.

01

Measurement plan

The handful of numbers the business is actually run on, defined and agreed.

02

Implementation

GA4, server-side tagging and consent handled properly, so the data is defensible.

03

Reporting

One dashboard, refreshed automatically, with a written monthly read of what changed.

04

Systems

CRM and automation wired to the channels that feed them, from one source of truth.

How the engagement runs.

01

Diagnose

Two weeks. Data, interviews and a written account of what is actually limiting the result.

02

Plan

One document with the sequence, the owners and the number each stage is accountable to.

03

Build

The work itself, in fortnightly increments you can see rather than a quarterly reveal.

04

Compound

Monthly review against the plan, with scope adjusted to what the data now says.

Frequently asked

Analytics questions, answered plainly.

Why does our GA4 data look wrong?

Usually duplicated tags, missing consent handling, or conversions defined differently in each platform. It is the first thing we check, because every other decision depends on it.

What is server-side tracking and do we need it?

It moves measurement from the browser to a server you control, which improves accuracy as browsers restrict tracking. Worth it once your media spend is significant, unnecessary before that.

Can you connect our CRM to our ad platforms?

Yes. Feeding real sales outcomes back to the platforms is usually the single biggest improvement available to a mature paid programme.

Who owns the dashboards?

You do. They are built in your accounts, on your data, and continue working unchanged if we stop working together.

Start with a diagnosis, not a proposal.

Two weeks, written, and yours to keep whether or not you engage us afterwards.
